    Map Woodland Road

I made these three maps by hand on Thursday. They're going to be the stage for a combat-heavy session of D&D, so I wanted to make the environments varried, without straying from what one could reasonably expect to see in a wooded area. I'm still very much new to this, so I'd love any feedback the more experienced cartographers might have.

The characters will be proceeding in a northerly direction, so the first map they encounter will be the one at the bottom, followed by the middle one, followed by the one which appears at the top.

It's great to see how beautiful and funtional hand-drawn maps can be in this age where everything seems to be done on a computer. Great maps!

Thank you. Something about role playing games compels me to do more of the work by hand than I would with most other projects.

This take me back a "few" years back when I started playing D&D and making my own maps... such awesome times. Your maps are pretty descriptive and clean, and easy to read, good work here, keep it up!
