Default August/September challenge entry - Liranifer's Aerial Chinampas

For my garden I chose to pursue creating a magical garden. I wondered how a wizard would go about collecting and protecting the various exotic and dangerous floral components of their craft. And this is what I came up with. I've begun inking it, but here is the WIP. I've still to work out the various details that'll make it feel more "map-like".

I like the idea very much and the sketch is promising.

Reminds me somewhat of the Chocobo's Air Garden in Final Fantasy IX. You've not got long to make a map mind you!

Pretty cool idea, I'd probably set things up that way myself.

And here is it is inked. I still have to add in additional elements to make it feel more like a map.

All done! I could probably spend several more hours fiddling with aging the look of it. I apologize about the illegible text. The wizard that made this map, apparently, has horrible handwriting.
