The real nuance with this tutorial happens when you subtly tweak the settings and watch the newly created object slowly fade underneath the surface. So if I can stress one point with this technique for underwater features, its to ensure your overlapping each object - since a higher setting will give you more depth. This remains one of my favorite projects because I feel it showcases what makes Fractal Mapper 8 such a powerful yet simple program to use.
