Jeffrey Beebe is an illustrator and artist, with examples of his work combining maps, satire, and wry commentary on modern life. He's of interest to Guild members since many of his projects draw heavily upon a strong 1st Edition Oldschool D&D aesthetic.

Take a look at the huge Lost Cavern of the Queen of Ropes map: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-nmVZ0oqfF0..._041512_00.jpg There's a strong 1st edition vibe to be found in the map which is even clearer in the following image from his workshop with inspiration board: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-rjOjIPRjuI...hot_032912.jpg

His other maps are equally colorful, with fantastic fantasy interpretations of Indianapolis and Chicago: http://nessusshirtco.blogspot.com/se...%20Refractoria and a depiction of his world of Refractoria: http://nessusshirtco.blogspot.com/se...%20Refractoria

His illustrations are also quite good (though same may have NSFW bits): the flags of Refractoria: http://nessusshirtco.blogspot.com/se...%20Refractoria and the constellations of Refractoria: http://nessusshirtco.blogspot.com/se...%20Refractoria
