    Map Bay Map

A commissioned piece, done in PS.

I think the painterly style came out quite nice.

That is sweet, great colors. It has a distinct look and feel that wold be very cool to unroll on a piece of parchment.

Man this is awesome! Those colors are great - that watercolor look must have been done with an overlay?

Great style, Sap! Simple but nuanced. Love the colors, too.

Love the vibrance and the hand-drawn style. There's a lot going on in this map, but it's still totally legible and clean. Dig!

Yes, very attractive, and I love the colors. The rivers could be a bit more tapered, but otherwise I really dig it.

Quite nice? Don't be silly, Sapiento. It's not quite nice. It's awesome! Great atmosphere, wonderful painterly style ... you've outdone yourself on this one, simple yet elegant. Very, very well done.

And he says "quite nice." Pfft.

Thank you very much, ladies and gentlemen!
I'm happy that you find this piece so good. I hope I can come up with similar maps in the future.

Great piece Sap - looks very mid-evil too.
