    So this is the second map I've ever done and I really like the simplistic style. I'm going to be using this for a novel I'm planning on writing. Thoughts critiques and criticisms welcome!

    Well the hand drawn elements all look pretty good but I don't know about the forest texture; I'd recommend going with some trees or forest symbols rather than a pattern, particularly given that it looks nothing like forests. Otherwise though, not bad.

    If you could point me in the right direction with tree/ forest brushes please be my guest, I couldn't find ANYTHING that suited what I was going for

    Hi letsgoheat! I agree with arsheesh... I mistook your forests for cold tundra before reading the names...

    nice map; i agree, the new forest texture is better (though id make the trees a bit closer personally)

    I also think the spiked shore should be written the right way round, as it is upside down its pretty hard to make out. other than that small gripe, very nice and simple
