Question Looking for feedback on my forest brush attempt

    Hello all,

Trying to create my own brushes for GIMP. Been tinkering with forests. Wanted to get feedback on this forest and see how it strikes people's eye. How does it look?

Personally, I've always had problem drawing mixed forests. I think the symbols don't match very well.
A possible solution would be to round the edges of the pine trees.

Thanks for that suggestion, Azelor. I will give that a go. I'm thinking in particular the bottom of the pine trees. I'm also wondering if spacing the trees a little more will keep them from feeling so clustered and jumbled in the inside of the forest. I'm going to keep working on my own brushes for GIMP, as I figure that is a good starting point for me in trying to do maps digitally. So far, tinkering with forests has been the hardest.
