Tutorial Mini-Tutorial [Photoshop]: How to Blend Two Textures Using the Mask Tool

New member Mortaegus asked in another thread on how to blend textures together in photoshop when two textures meet (so not simply throwing an Overlay/Multiply blend onto a layer). I tried to do a quick search and couldn't find anything that stood out so thought I would make a quick mini-tutorial on how I usually go about it in my own maps. Whilst there are many ways to blend textures I wanted to demonstrate a quick and easy (and more importantly none destructive) way to do it using the Layer Mask feature.
