Thread: [September 2012 Entry] The lone Tower of the Far Shores

It's a great piece of work that's for sure. I'd say it's valid though I am assuming the added map-like information will be forthcoming. Obviously if you just left it as is, it's simply a great piece of artwork, but it's not a map.

Ok The Tower itself is finished.
I decided to replace all decorations and to concentrate on teh tower itself more.

Labels will come in shortly tomorrow.

I hope it starts to look slowly more in the way I wanted.
One of my aims was to make this image look a bit like a William Turner Painting

It certainly has a very good, moody atmosphere. I'm impressed

Thank you for the positiv Feedback.
Its realy good to try new things out. Lately i am motivated to try to hit a job in the conceptart for Games. I am finished with university now and looking for a decent job. But well its kind of difficult here in my area to find something and i don't want to move. In this time and age, it should be possible to find a job that is possible to do from my desk at home.

The World is moving and i try to keep track of booth digital and analog Medias.

Note that the challenge closes on the 26th (today). I'm holding off a little as I think that might have not been noticed by everyone - and another thread has a problem with a final entry attachment - but if you're doing any final edits they'd better be quick!
