Default City Map: An Gearesdan - a sleepy "Botany Bay" mediterranean town

This one I did for myself and my current Pathfinder campaign. I wanted an island cove with a town built up around an ex-prison (Botany Bay style) as the starting point for the players.

It's not just the built up areas that are beautiful with your city maps, it's the surrounding countryside. Getting that right frames the city to its best advantage. I just love the way you draw it.

I'd give you more rep, but unfortunately the gods won't let me (at least for the time being).

Thanks ravells. In all honestly I *LOVE* drawing countryside. Little farms, fields, trees, graveyards, hills and paths ... I seriously though about doing a whole series of villages at this scale, jsut so I could have COUNTRYSIIIIDDDEEEEE and a little village dotted in the middle, lol.

Looking good, I too like the thought put into the surrounding country side.

Thanks guys - I totally appreciate the feedback and compliments. My plan is to start uploaidng hires versions of these same maps (unless otherwise prohibited by a client, of course).
