So nice, I was thinking it was water color but I see Acrylic wash. I haven't ever used that. Is it difficult?

You really must keep an eye out for the next time we do a monthly Challenge that entails making a map in traditional means by hand. Meaning no digital effects or anything.

Thank you Jaxilon, I will look out for a challenge like that, sounds like fun!

I'm quite impressed with the quality and professionalism of the digital work here, and will look further into that medium myself.
Using Acrylic in a diluted form acts much like watercolor but drys more permanent.

Impressive, and to use such an oft done map and make it stand out. The acrylic wash and color choices are superb.
