Wip [WIP] The Cities of Midland - Development Documentation

    Hi!

Here is my first preview of the First 300 Mapelements for my upcoming City-Map-Creation project, joind up with Ramah.
From this basic set, it is possible to generate up to 1000 individual Buildings with little repetition. The files still needs a lot of cleanup but I am a lot happy with the outcome of teh style.

So far I am planing on doing 4 more of such sheets so I will hve an overall of 5000 different Buildings. Of course the others will be in another style.

Its all done completely with ink on 80g paper.
    Yes! Analog is magic

As I'm just working on my town map project this is very interesting - but I will probably go the "semi-realistic road" (as you can see in my own thread).

How are you planning to put them on a map? And what about coloring?

Also one of the small rectangular top left buildings looks a bit faulty.

    I meant this thread: http://www.cartographersguild.com/to...w-village.html

So you will copy the houses one by one Into the map?

Nice work, Schwarzkreuz, those look great.
Royal: I'm very sorry for your loss, your mother was a terribly attractive woman.

    Yes indeed, das sind Schindeln.

There will be more styles in the future, strawroof for villages, and more for wealthier areas.
