Post hello - time to check in

Hi - been lurking here for a while so I thought now is the time to step from the shadows....

I'm aegean (mick), some of you will know me from Dundjinni where I have posted a fare bit of user art (in both scifi and fantasy).

I'm English but live in Turkey, I'm I private contracting electrician (world wide) and I have a passion for mapping from the early days of RPG - I come to enjoy this site due to the wide styles of mapping (pen and paper old school still rocks!)

I hope to be posting some stuff in the near future, especially in the competitions.

Current projects include the holy grail of a good looking thatched roof......

Hi Aegean, Thatched roofs eh? Check out this thread.

Welcome to the Guild and hope to see many of your maps posted up in the future! Also, check out the CWBP forum which is a collaborative Guild map project. If (like me) you like mapping for its own sake, you can adopt a town, city, are or region in the CWBP to map and this will then form part of a greater whole.

    Take care!

Welcome Aegean. Post everything you have as soon as possible, including any works in progress. Since most of the maps here are fantasy, I know many people would love to see more Sci-Fi maps so get them up here. Also, I see you use Dundjinni, do you map with any other software? If you do, you may want to check out the tutorials to see if you can learn some new tricks and of course, you need to share all of your tricks with us also...
