    Default Therinos

Been a while since i've posted something, I'm still in the cartography game, just a bit busy.
That aside, this has been something i've been working on for a few friends who wanted to make a VTT game. They sadly cancelled/put the project on hold for a while.
So, without further ado, I give you an incomplete map that will lie untouched by me until they want me to complete it!

I'm both happy with it, and unhappy. Some of the colors are nice, while some are really bad, and some parts of the shading is pretty good, while some of it is really bad. Just a wishy washy mitch matched mash of guff.
The rhumb lines could of been done better, along with many other things.
It was a nice practice, though.

It was an interesting start! Rivers probably need more linework to really be convincing and compass and rhumblines are too thick to make the map consistent

Should of used a color for the rivers instead of just black, but this was originally meant to be a black and white map, oddly enough, so I put them as black.
As for the rest, I agree completely Oh well, it was a fun practice

Overall it's pretty intriguing; I like the mountains - they really have some nice depth and shape. I'm less fond of the black stroke around the coast and the compass & rhumb lines.
