Update : Added border frame/ornaments. I figured a circled design would fit right a map called The Ring. Also added rhumblines and compass, waterlines and did a very light color work on mountains

Nice blending of the Elements, only thing bothering me are the lines overlapping the Compass elements.
True that
Slowly building forests, also fixed the overlapping rhumblines on compass roses and add hatched shade on coastline.
Oooh, I like that crosshatching on the coasts!
Question: How are you going to put in rivers, since you already have so much forest there? Are you going to cut away some trees?
Currently adding them, the rivers are on a layer underneath the forest one, so when a river crosses a "dense" forest" you won't see it that much until it goes outside.
Some progress : warmed it up, added rivers and started labeling work on northern part (using a mix of curved labels for mountains and straight ones for others locations)
