    I've always loved architecture and old buildings and I guess I have possibly some relevant opinions about how to draw them. That's pretty much the only inspiration I have. Of course, I can google some names of city I know having a lot of that kind of buildings, but I'm definitely not trying to reproduce real buildings.

    I was just talking of inspiration, not of copying. Even if there are much wonders in the world, imagination is a powerful tool !
    And sadly, in real life, it's quite rare to see a concentration of beautiful buildings as shown in you cemetery of the thousand.

    I think my favourite thing is that you haven't neglected to scatter in a bit of debris and rough edges, even at this scale. This is such an evocative map!
