Help Link for a good starter tut for Illustrator CS2

I'm sure this has been asked before, but dang if I can't find it.

As a professional photographer, I'm quite skilled at Photoshop, but not being a graphic designer, I have never felt the need to mess with Illustrator. Well, I came across a well used (Ahem, cough, cough) copy of Illustrator CS2 and decided to play with it to see what I could do with my maps that I have been dabbling with in my spare time.

Anyway, I'm having trouble making heads or tails of this software and I'd love it if someone on here knew of a site that would have some good tutorials going from step one on.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure about a good general tutorial, but I wrote a simple tutorial for Illustrator a little while ago that covers the Pathfinder tool and a little bit of shape manipulation:

The big things to learn how to use are the Pen tool, Pathfinders, and gradients. I learned initially by tracing other illustrations with the Pen tool until I had a pretty good grasp of how it worked.

    Thanks.

I just scanned that tutorial and gave you a rep for it; it looks great. I think my biggest problem is I'm trying to think too much Photoshop into it.
