Hello, I am a member of a site called Nation States. I have tried to make a map for my nation several times, but lets just say my skills leave a lot to be desired.

Ok so my nation is an large isolated & landlocked Desert Nation. There are 17 different provinces. Each province has only one city and depending on the province there are several military bases, mining outposts and etc.

What I am looking for doesn't have to be extremely professional, just enough to be a functional map.
