Saderan Tutorial Map Critique Please

So there's my first world map try. I used Saderan's Tutorial as a guide, but I changed a lot of things as I went because I was experimenting etc. The two biggest differences are the gradient coloring I used, and the method I used to do the rivers invloves just subtracting them from the original landmass like everything else in the ocean. The best part about this tutorial is the arrangement of everything in clipping layers so it is incredibly easy to go back and forth and adjust specific things.

So what do you guys think?
Also, any good tutorials on adding the human element once you are done with geography?
