Map Theria - D&D podcast commission map

    Hi all,

This piece was commissioned by Dungeons and Randomness, the famous D&D podcast, in a 18x24" size. It's done in Photoshop. You can check the D&r facebook page about the map here and the podcaste website here.

Nice map. I particularly like the border and the parchment.

A very nice color-scheme! And i like the forests The mountains are in need of getting used to (but by no means bad)...very special sort of look.

You won't stop being so good, would you?
    Gorgious map, keep them coming!

To my taste, I would have preferred it with more contrast, more crispy, but it was probably intended to be this way :/
All in all, it's far above what I can do anyway so ..

Distinctively -Max-esque, but also quite different from your other stuff… Love it! Would rep if I could, but a like and a rate will have to suffice

Though I have to say, that font is starting to feel a little over-used

    Thanks much guys !
@Dain : Nah I won't :p Why would I do? And yea I didn't want too much contrast on it, to keep the monochromatic draw on parchment feel.
@Lingon : hmm if you can name the font without searching hours and link me a few maps that use it, I would say you're right

Hehe, maybe you're right about the font, I just thought I recognized it from other maps of yours. My mistake if you haven't used it before!
