    Default Bramford Star System

This is another map from the setting I started to map out here. The planets were done in Photoshop and put together with everything else in Illustrator.

    Very interesting!

After reading through all of your labels,
I noted you called most of the large objects
"worlds" but one you called a "planet". Is
    there a difference here?

I couldn't decide whether I liked your planet
dark-sides; I see how it would appear that
way due to their position in regards to the
sun, but I don't think I would have factored
that into a map. If this map was being used
for a Real-Life purpose, I'd want the holder
to see as much as possible. One of the things
I think a lot of solar-system type maps lack
is showing the far side of the planet. But
that's just me; I know it's your map.

I love the blue you used to make the rings
and labels; neat! While we don't get to see a
whole planet here, what we do see looks great.
    Keep up the wonderful work.
The best maps are the ones we like the most after looking at the longest.

Well, as your star sector, it's a pleasant map with an "easy-to-read" design.
Your planets are well done and as a consequence, the star ought to be a little bit improved (imo).

The planet/world distinction was just an oversight. As for the dark side of the planets, when I was making this I was imagining an interactive, far-future type map. So, while I made a static image, I was imagining that the "real" map has the planets rotating and exposing different bits of land as they go. Maybe I'll do a planet specific map later that shows the whole world unobstructed.

Thanks for the compliments. I had considered jazzing up the star but wasn't sure if that would conflict with the style of the smaller planets. Perhaps I'll try it out, see how it looks.
