    Default Simple continental map

I bought a really lovely map of Northern France / Belgium recently and am trying to replicate the style. Here it is so far.

Yep, good job, and it's very close to some historical maps I've seen actually. You have the good combination of rivers/trees/fonts for that, I think!

Thanks all - The original map I'm working off is of Northern France and the low countries - it's really a beauty. I've done a bit more today.

I spotted Woodbury! Walking Dead reference?

Anyway, lovely style. It will look very authentic if you keep working in that direction, or I could see it become a modern take on it.

Oh wow, this is looking good. I just love how you've drawn the lines and how everything looks so neat and clean. A good start so far

Nice, It's gonna be hard to find the good paper texture to keep the very "historical" feeling, imho.
