Hello all!

As part of an effort to continue mapping my campaign world, I present to you my second map in GIMP. My color scheme and choice of compass rose were inspired heavily by this fantastic map by Daelin.

Here's three versions: without labeling, with labeling, and for campaign use.



I'm fully aware the mountains and forests could use some work, but as my first attempt with this method of creating them on GIMP, I'm satisfied with the results. Any feedback or criticism would be appreciated, but (as I feel I'm nearing my final pass) foundational changes will simply be implemented with my next map.

Brother, if I ever produce a map this good I'll be ecstatic. But then, I'm no artist.

Yes, the mountains look contoured, but that's an easy fix- smooth your bumpmap a bit.
