    Wip [WIP] World Map of Fargorn

    Hello guys.

    This is a study of a D&D world, I use Photoshop and some textures to create most of those effect, the mountains still a challenge to me, those mountains don't look good at all, well I would like to know what do you guys think. Any suggestion are welcome.

    The northern rivers are problematic. The North most one needs a drainage into the ocean/sea and the more central one... well rivers don't split like that. The come from mountains and combine as they move towards an ever more global low point (the oceans/seas). They never split, they always merge and a river can't come from an ocean/sea as that would be water traveling uphill.

    I do like the trees though. How did you do them?

    Hello Durakken,

    All rivers in this map comes from the top of the hills downs all the way to the ocean, they don't do the reverse way.
