Default Map for an actual village

Hello, I am looking for a new map for our village noticeboard and website. This is basically not for profit to enable people to find their way around the village.

The village is Hook Norton in England and here is the Google Map.

This is our current / outdated map. I like the sketches of some of the current buildings / landmarks and would like to retain this idea, these will be identified and photo's supplied. Each street name needs to be visible. I will supply an annotated version of the Google map with details of important buildings / landmarks

You could work from the base google map and add the detail I need...

I am looking for Professional / semi professional, required for print / web, able to be printed in high quality on paper size 80 x 55 cm and lower resolution for web.

I am happy to be guided on raster or vector but the idea is the map can be easily added to or amended over time. Even better if the mapmaker would like to do this.

Getting the map in the next month would be good.

I would like full reproduction rights to the map, and the right to use it as as a base for future maps so would like the PSD / EPS / Raw files, but the mapmaker can use it as they wish also. Its for non-commercial use and for a public service.

    Thanks for reading,

    Emma
