Map Lands of Yvrian - fantasy map commission

    Hey everyone,

This small piece was commissioned for an on-line game project. Digitally hand-drawn in PS. It's original size is 5,5 x 6,5"

Excellent map Max. It must be tough deciding how much detail to put into a map that is going to print on 5.5 x 6.5.

Thanks Bogie! Oh no this map isn't intended to be print but used on a web game . If printed the towns and villages icons would have been a bit too small on this one.

Great map as always Max. Did you draw the knights?

This looks really great. Nice old-world feel.

It's more like a re-draw. I took some old engraving medallons I had in my bank of images and overdraw them with a simpler style, then colored them.

Superb map, the knights are a nice touch, the colors and mountains are especially good. And, I realise that you just did (at least) two good maps since my last time on the guild... some things doesn't change, for the best
