D&D Podcast Feedback

Hey there fellow dungeon delvers

I am new to the Guild community but have been playing D&D 3.5e, 4e, Pathfinder & more recently the NEXT playtest for about 2 years (still a newb I know) myself and a few friends got together and decided to make a podcast about the campaign that i'm running. And would love if you could give me some constructive feedback on the podcast.

I'm still relatively new when it comes to running games but I try my best and at least 3 of my players have never touched a Pen & Paper game before so things are bound to be a little shaky. So I am just looking for some honest feedback and maybe some pointers as to what I could improve..
