I am constantly amazed by people's "First Maps". My first map was a muddled mess and nowhere near this quality. The colors and textures are very nice and lend a great atmosphere to the piece. Have you considered labeling it? Also there are some lines that drift off of the edges of your landmass (mountains and rivers) this is a easy fix and doesn't really detract from the overall map. Great work and keep it up ! (oh and have some rep for a very nice first effort )
I am the breath of Dragons...The Song of Mountains...The Stories of Rivers....The Heart of Cities.... I am A Cartographer....

Looking good Darkran. IMHO, maps are not supposed to be perfect. Just look at the first maps of the 'New World' in the 15th Century. I want to try Photoshop so bad for mapmaking purposes, I'm still stuck drawing by hand, and I'm not very good at it, lol
