Info Theban Mapping Project (Valley of the Kings)

Here's a great archaeological database of the Valley of the Kings. Even if you're not running an ancient Egyptian inspired campaign, the maps of the various temples and tombs could still spark the imagination.

The KV5 tomb is especially interesting (to me at least, I'm sure people will find their own favs):

    Tim -

The TMP has been meentioned here at least five times in the last 10 months, although I don't think that it was ever in the Reference Materials. Probably the best place for it to go.

I'm a big fan. I think they are very inspirational.

LOL! That will teach me not to use the search function before I post. I can understand why it has been mentioned so many times. It is a great resource.

Haha, see I lucked out. I was researching the Valley of the Kings, came across the site and thought I'd post it. But then for some reason I did a Google site: search and discovered I was years late to the party. It looks really fantastic though, I'm about to go tomb raiding!

    cheers,
    Meshon
