Side Project - The Overworld

Hey chaps.
As my previous post would suggest, I've little time for mapmaking. Summer's over and now college is here.
As a side project of mine, I'm developing an RPG game. I decided to make a map so I could play with my friends in our free time.
Right now there's around one hour of work put into it but I think the landmasses turned out OK.
I'd greatly appreciate some feedback

Let's hope I actually manage to finish this one.




So here's what I did so far. I coloured in the landmasses, applied a bevel on a cloud to make the rough terrain (and did the same on the ocean) and did a minor shelf using a low opacity white layer.
My plans for the future is to add mountains (still working on a proper technique which I will share once I have it figured out) and colour the terrain.
