    Default Castle Bourbevieil

    Hi guys,

I'm glad to show you my last project (finished one, at least. There are still many on the burners ^^), a hamlet including a castle that would seriously need some refreshing.
This piece was commissioned by the RpG magasine Casus belli.

I hope you'll like it as much as I took pleasure drawing it, despite the level of details not being as high as I wish.

I really like how the floor levels meld into the border. Looks really neat!

Beautiful map! The level of details seems very high to me. There is just so much going on in there, amazing!

I really enjoy the life that you give these illustrations, it's something I hope to learn to do. All the people going about their lives, it just makes the map so much more real. I also should admit that I'm trying to emulate your style of shadows, I'm still figuring out shading.

    Thank you for sharing this!

    cheers,
