Map Telduria - Fantasy map commission

    Hey Guilders,

This piece was commissioned by an Australian club for their RPG games in the world Telduria where several GM master parts in turn. This world has been ravaged by a huge magical cataclysm, therefore the center part of the map is obviously a major feature on which I focused. As usual it's digitally hand-drawn in PS and the original file is a pretty big one, 33x47". I also joined a couple of close up parts of the map (the Crucible Lands and its crater of course, the Great Escarpement cliffs and some Unknown North landscape).

Hope you'll like it. As usual, feel free to rate, rep or run away

Really pleasant to see something new and different from your 'classic' mountains the crucible lands is really a masterpiece! For the great escarpement i'm really convinced by the waterfall but i feel you could have add a little something (maybe lines that suggest the end of the cliff?) to do the transition in the low part of the cliff.

That was a small detail on a very good map of course, but at your level small details are the only thing that can be criticised

Another very good map, Max! As always, your mountains rock (no pun intended ). I also love the northern forests...they look really good. Also, as always, i have a bit more of a problem with the broadleaf forests... it just looks like a green blob to me in that style. I think you had that broadleaf forest thingy better in hand on your personal map. The crater is awesome, no question.
