Hmmm...I've seen some issues before with earthlink...but I'm not sure what the actual deal is...I've resent her the activation codes email...if she doesn't get it...I can switch her over manually I think.

Did you manage to contact earthlink.net and fix this problem? I have subscribed (instant email) to threads wherein I posted, but I have never received any notice when anyone posted in those threads.
If earthlink is still swallowing emails from this website, someone needs to contact and persuade them to take you off their spam list. ISPs always have some contact method for dealing with this, so you just need to look it up on their website. I know I had to do this with other ISPs for a website of mine, and all it took was a phone call.
If I can be of help, as an earthlink subscriber, please let me know.
