    The dilemma is that if there are two equally good (best) entries then with many votes, everyone puts those two in the list so that there is no clear winner. On the other hand (horn ?) if there are many entries and few votes then many people get a zero vote which is demoralizing. Maybe have one vote for every 5 entries then ?
