Post September Entry: Nuke it from Orbit

Since all the cool kids are doing it, here's my entry for the month. I'm kind of burned out on fantasy mapping, so went with something different. Fractal Terrains Pro, 3d Studio Max, and Photoshop. There's a lot more detail work to do, some more symbols to create, and much texturing. My master document for this clocks in at 4K x 4.5K pixels, but I chopped it down for these purposes.

Cool Beans! I like it cause it's different, and reminds me of some of the old games I played way back when.

Cool twist on the theme, looking forward to the finished product.

I second that. It's very different and fresh. cool. Makes me want it to be a flash game and use my mouse and cursor to drop the bombs!

Heh. Thanks for the edit. I'll use attach next time. I'm heading to the beach for 5 days for vacation, I plan on spending some quality time with the map.
