    Default Hyboria WIP

I did a map of Hyboria a few years ago (here) and I guess somewhere here at cg.

I thought it was time to do a new version, and add more details to the map. I started with a similar land shape, but going further north this time.
The first map lacked detailed deco elements, something I plan to change with this version.

I'm always up for a SapMap, especially a revamp of this one. Will be watching with interest...

One of my favorite story settings. Should be fun to see unfold Sap.

I really liked your first map of Hyboria (and the wip as well), now I can't wait to see this job unfolding.
I hope to see the highest number of steps, to learn as much as possible from a master ... ;-)

Thank you, guys, I hope I can meet all the expectations.

While reading (again) about Hyboria I found this very interesting essay by Dale E. Rippke.
I think it makes sense to re-model the map to incorporate this.

I decided to start completely new to create the map according to the essays of Dale E Rippke. For this I will base the map on the various maps done by Vincent Darlage. And by the way, he informed me that the continent is called Thuria (or Thule), not Hyboria, but is depicted during the Hyborean age. I never stop to learn.

    Here's the new land shape.

That seems to be an interesting change. Even more close to an Earth super-continent by many aspects.
