    Default Draining the oceans

    Hi folks

I just ran into this XKCD-What-If:
    http://what-if.xkcd.com/53/

And thought, it could be quite interesting, speculating about how the earth looked like, if the oceans get drained ..

A contest revolving around this topic would include the creation of several maps:

    1.) The basic map

2.) Drain the oceans by X meters

3.) Drain the oceans by Y meters

4.) Drain the oceans by Z meters

Or whatever number of maps you deem appropriate.

    Just a thought

    Kind regards,
    Kai

I think it could work, as a generalized 'present a map showing sea level drop' topic. Then folks could interpret that many different ways, from Earth with lowered ocean levels to dead seas, etc.
