I'm new and looking for someone who could point me in the direction of how to comission someone to take a hand drawn map of mine and render it in Campaign Cartographer 3. I have that program and I'd like to add to it as my campaign progresses.

Since you have CC3, if you want to learn, you could ask in the 'How Do I?' threads or in the software threads for CC3.
Many people use it and I'm sure they could help you.
If you just want someone else to do it, you would post in the Mapmaking requests thread, as paid or unpaid.
