My first experience of creating maps
Hello everybody! First of all, sorry for my english .. I until it is mastered))) I understand a little but not to communicate freely ... write Russian text, then translate through Google translator ... For a long time I look down here. I liked the work that I've seen. So little by little he began to draw maps. My son writes fantasy and mostly I draw card for his stories.

Welcome, Sergey! Do not worry about your English being rough- we will understand well enough.
Your map is a good start. Do your maps need to be printed in a book with your son's stories, or are the maps all for viewing on a computer? For print, simple is good.

As for the map. I was inspired by the idea of my son to describe the world to the division of the land. He began to search the Internet images of Gondwana, Laurasia and Lemuria. A bit on the subject of Hyperborea leafed through many different and interesting things to see. And he began to make his map. I decided to do everything their own way. .. shifted continents and so get a map. Northern continents my card had already separated. Africa and South America still together and ryaom them is ... The names of the continents of Lemuria came up with Cyril (my son's name). Slightly used generator titles.

Хорошо, но береговой контур я бы тогда сделал потоньше и быть может сделать горы примерно одинакового масштаба. Например в Агидоре, маленькие и частые горы (где река делает изгиб) теряются на фоне остальных.
