Need Help Drawing Canyons

Hello! I'm working on hand drawing a map (pen and ink) and I was looking for some pointers or tutorials on drawing canyons or ravines or something of that nature. Its a world map, so it would be relatively large scale. I looked through the forums for a tutorial, but couldn't find one.

and there was a WIP thread for it, back about May, so if you can find that, you can see some of the development stages. It might have been in the April or May challenge.

Hi Kitten_Taco the only proper tutorials for drawing canyons (on maps) i know of, are the great mini tutorials by djekspek and torstan (make sure to take a look at their other tutorials, pure gold imo ) Good luck, and maybe one day, we'll see your map here!
