Post Yes I am from OZ, but I am NOT a munchkin

G'day. Yes, That OZ, sorry to disappoint. Yet another convict descendant who has mastered ( to a degree ) the abilities of Writing and Reading ( and love both ) and has decided to escape the prison without walls that is OZ whereupon the idea that one may, just may, need a map occurred.

Like so many who have come before me, I have been a gamer, reader for the vast percentage of years of my life, and have recently decided to commit to paper, papyrus and stone my own scibblings that could pass as a novel and along the way realized a map again would be a really good idea.

Whilst wandering and exploring the vast halls of the Cartographers Guild, I hope to pilfer, procure, obtain, 'find' and sometimes even flat out steal any good ideas and helpful tips that the Master Cartographers assembled here leave sitting idly around unused and unloved. Hope no one is upset at my intentions, but here in OZ we have our glorious history so.....doesn't that make it tradition???

    Welcome!

I started here with intentions to learn more about map making for the pursuit of making one for my own novels - still learning and having fun with it and its such a good place here to be part of the community.
