    Post ***October Challenge Voting***

All the threads are locked, and I'm just setting up the poll...so this is a holding thread...

The October vote will follow the same 1/5 of the entries in a multi-votes, so (if my math is correct) please VOTE FOR 5 ENTRIES!!!

    The challenge was:
Urban Mapping in your own style.

Use the B&W layout below to map an area in a settlement using your own style.

Try to convey some of the character of the place you are mapping. You can choose any genre, and any size settlement. You must stick to the fundamental plan as far as possible and the layout must be recognizable in your entry.

Entries should be in by no later than October 25, 2008.

    Good Luck!!

Thumbnail page is here and is a convenience only! Please look through each entry thread to locate the final entry!

Ack! sorry everyone, sorta fell of the planet for a little bit here, never did get to finish but I had to prioritize my school work... I'm sure we've all run into this situation before.

    Nice entries though everyone!

Some really good stuff in this challenge.
Happiness is knowing your mapping software won't crash partway through an operation.

Post I tried to get out...

I thought I changed the name of my thread to remove the Entry data, and I removed all the # WIP Tags #, so I don't know why I'm still in this, however.

My first vote went to Lord and Mmmmmpig, then I went with my usual voting.

Good luck everyone - don't vote for me!!

Quite interesting yet again, its a shame quite a few of the entries ended up being rushed

I am ashamed. I opened all the threads and looked through them to choose which to vote for then after voting realized I had somehow missed mmmmmpig's entry, which I definitely would have voted for.

    Bad me
