That's exactly how I felt at the start, but you really have nothing to be intimidated about. I think you're already ahead of where I was when I started doing the challenges (I literally had no clue what I was doing with my first one!) I feel I've come a huge way over the past year, and part of that is down to regular participation and forcing myself to try things that I wouldn't have otherwise. Besides, when someone as skilled as J.Edward says he gets a lot out of the challenges, you know they've got to be worth a try!

You're probably too late with this month's Lite Challenge, but if the next one catches your interest, do give it a try. We'll be here to cheer you on.

The buildings are impressive! Everything is very well done, and as usual, I like you soft colors.

Beautiful piece ChickPea. Lovely color palette and really nice layout. Looks like Douglas Mausoleum isn't perfectly centered below illustration. Love the different cemetery plots and location map too, have some reps.

    Thanks, Ilanthar.

Snodsy, I'll take a look at that tonight. I've also just noticed a bit at the bottom of the mausoleum building where I've missed a spot of colouring, so thanks for drawing my attention to that!

Nice map ChickPea! I haven't really got anything to say about this map, other than that everything works really well together!

    Thanks, Daniel. Appreciate that.

I've tweaked a few minor things and added more graves. I wasn't happy with the blue-ish/grey tones I had on the graves before. I wanted to work in some pink-ish/brown tones to match my buildings, and also to make them less uniform and a bit weathered. Not sure if it all worked out. It's hard when most of them are so tiny. I've stared at it too much tonight though, so I'll decide if it needs minor tweaking tomorrow. If not, barring any glaring errors, I'm about done.

one room for one person please... The alternance of reagularity and ranomness in the placement of the gravestone is really well done. Good work.

This gets better everytime I look at it ChickPea! I can't work out if that's because it's just a great map that's growing on me or because every time I see it, you've added some even more great little details!
