Thread: Bridge Encounter

  1. #1

    Wip Bridge Encounter

Starting thinking my players needed another encounter before arriving at a village where a large dungeon crawl through the village occurs....anyway, looking at my map i decided on an encounter at a bridge involving some water elementals and some bridge trolls. Here's what i've got so far...

Made a few changes. I think i'll print this one up. Not looking to win any awards, but it is perfect for MY own campaign for use again and again. Im going to ry "dimming" it for night, as well. Click image for larger version.

Nicely done. I think I would underline more the river shores, though.

Great encounter map, nice little hidden treasure.

Small bit of advice, try to stay consistent in the type of elements you use. The brown rocks are a very hand drawn style where most everything else is more photorealistic looking. I am often guilty of mixing styles but I try not to.

I second what Bogie said, the rocks (while drawn nicely) look out of place somehow, but otherwise a nice map
