    Post Hello, fellow mappers!

Hello, my name is Tyler Berry, and I have recently joined this community as an outlet for my cartography, and also to further hone my skills. I am twenty years old, and I am an airborne combat medic with the US Army, stationed in Schweinfurt, Germany.

I have been designing maps for the past few years, mainly in conjunction with collaborative world-building, most notably in the World of Eshraval. My love for maps and far off lands goes much deeper than that, though. I've been designing my own worlds since I was a child.

I have posted a couple maps here as an introduction:

    Praise Awesome work!

    Awesome mapping work, TCBerry!

As NK said, you need to use the "paperclip" on the menu above your "Repy to Thread" posts. you can attach the image at its full scale (bear in mind the size restrictions on the Attachment Manager) then post the map. Automatically creates a thumbnail that enlarges with clicking.

    Welcome aboard!

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone.

@GP, NK - Believe me, I would use the attachment feature, but I already have these maps uploaded to Photobucket anyways, and I like the freedom of just hotlinking my own thumbnails. Thanks for the tip, though!

Post You can still link to Photobucket...

You can still link your map from PhotoBucket, when you click on the Attachments Manager, the second text entry is for actual URLs. So post your photobucket link here, and a thumbnail is created with same full sized link when you click it. Its much easier for the users of the site than to be required to see the Photobucket link.

@ GP - Ok, I see what you're saying. If that's the way that's easiest for you guys to see my maps, I can conform. Sorry for being so obtuse.
