WANTED: Top down RPG city map

I'm looking for a top-down map of a city for an RPG supplement, something like this:



Color would be preferred (I think...) but black and white would be fine too, like this:

I have a general outline and shape of the city. It is coastal like the one shown here with a harbor, etc.

I am looking for raster art that is roughly 8x10 done at a high resolution. Preferred final work to be a 300DPI TIFF and/or layered PSD file. This will be used in offset printing.

Regarding copyright: I will have the right to use the image for commercial purposes, the artist will have the right to exhibit the image as part of his portfolio but not to exploit it for commercial gain.
