    Question Saying Hi!

    I everyone, I'm new here (obviously), but just wanted to introduce myself. I'm primarily interested in mapping for that odd hobby of worldbuilding that I enjoy doing when I have the free time and inclination. Been doing it for as long as I can remember. Like to work mostly in CC3 and Photoshop, and of course free-hand, occasionally 3D object modeling on the side. Anyway, I was taking a look around and this seems like a great community, so I figured I'd sign up. Great looking maps and wonderful tutorials all over the place! Good stuff!

    I did have a quick newbie question. Are there any resources related to fonts here? Seen some real nice ones being used on maps and would appricate any resources you guys might be able to direct me to.

    There are many sources for fonts. If you look on the home page, not the Forum index page, there's a link to fonts there.

    My favorite source for fonts is: http://www.acidfonts.com

    Click on the alphabetic listing at the top of the page - free fonts, the bottom listing are paid-for fonts. There are hundreds of fonts here and more uploaded all the time. Some of the fonts require a small payment if you use for commercial use - be sure to check the accompanying TXT file that will have this information.
