    Post Allow myself to introduce...myself

    Greetings and salutations,

My name is Bravehamster. I've been an on and off again RPG tabletop gamer for the last 15 years. Next week I'm going to DM my very first game ever, so I decided to create a world and make a map and that led me here. I think I enjoy the mapmaking even more than the gaming, which is kind weird. Anyways, hello to all. I'll try not to make too much of an ass of myself.

Not weird at all - or at least not weird on these forums!

Welcome. What software are you looking to use to create a map? Then sketh a rough, start a WIP thread and let people help you get your map down.

Mostly Photoshop CS4. My school has a deal with Adobe so that I get all of their software for free (legally!).

As for the first map, posted.
