Qu'est-que c'est "Terres Grinches", en anglais?
It looks like "The Land of Grinches" or "Grinch Land" which makes me think of a green, fuzzy, Christmas-hating fellow. This gives me an entirely different idea of the world than other names like "Sylphe Elfique de Loth Etiel" or "Thael Menethwynn", which are very evocative. But I'm guessing "Grinches" means something else and is outside my very limited french vocabulary.
I think, therefore I am a nerd.

So I took the folder with the tuto by RobA and start at the beginnig step by step.
Night fall over Belgium... This is the map...
@ Nym Telvyn : "Grinche" is a shortcut for "Grincheux" wich means "Grumpy".
It a remote place, where the land is harsh and the life at least uneasy.
This land is the holding of an Orcish Warlord ruling over dozen of tribes and named "Mörkhdull"(guess what... He is très très fort")

I like, though I've trouble reading some of the text, like Les Contrefortes and Sylfe Elfique De... Loth-something.

@Morkhdull: I'm guessing the highlight/shadow bump-mapped looking regions are the Mountains. You might want to try upping the contrast on the highlights and shadows to make them stand out more. You might also consider blending in some different colors to help differentiate them.
I also found that some of the named regions are now more difficult to read. It looks like an artifact of decreasing the file's pixel size, possibly, so that we've lost some clarity on the lettering.
