If I lived in a city like that I'd literally "eat myself out of house and home".

    Neat picture nonetheless.

I'd feel like such a bastard if I was the one to start eating it when everything was finished.

Meh, I work a lot with companies doing Urban Renewal projects (The joys of being a student working short term contracts, you get to work in just about every industry on the planet. Go Comp.Sci!) So I wouldn't feel too bad about eating a chunk out of that.

It is just making way for new construction!

Just like I do in Sim City...flatten a few blocks (in this case eat) then build anew.

I could totally see that happening.
"Hey Check this out guys, I made this week's adventure out of jammy dodgers."
    "Awesome."
*turns around for a sec to print out the DM notes*
    "OM NOM NOM NOM"
    *turns back*
    "Ok... What happened?"
    *mouthful* "It's a mystery"
    ¬_¬ "uh-huh..."
